One to One

The tailored service offered by one to one personal training is the preferred option for many. One to one sessions with Fresh Start kick off with a detailed consultation and goal setting session over an informal chat. If you're a mum, that consultation also sees a very detailed questonnaire completed about your birth(s) and how you feel now (perhaps even years on), plus a 'hands on' assessment. Both elements help me to develop a results driven, tailored programme that’s right for YOU, whatever your circumstances and which cannot be offered through DVDs or online workouts… and off we go.

Personal training sessions in Epsom + Ewell or Chessington are scheduled to fit around your busy week, and take place at your home or via Skype to suit you. Each workout will differ to ensure we avoid the predictability that puts so many people off getting fit in the first place. Yes, you’ll be challenged, but at the right pace for you, and we’ll try and have fun along the way!

Power Half Hour

If you’re short on time try the ‘Power half hour’. It’s a great way to squeeze exercise in pre-work, in your lunch hour, while the baby naps, or before you pick the children up.

It does what it says; 30 minutes of high intensity workout specific to your needs and goals. We make the most of your time, so you get the most out of the session.
