For some it’s a case of ‘the more the merrier’ when it comes to exercise. Perhaps you and your mum friends are looking for a group workout in Epsom or Ewell, or maybe you’re looking for post natal exercise sessions for your NCT group to start now you've all had your babies. Fresh Start can help. Group exercise sessions provide an opportunity to mix effective 'mum safe' fitness with a catch up with friends! 

45/60 minute sessions make fitness fun in a friendly, ‘shout free’, relaxed environment. Using a range of equipment and exercises tailored to the needs of mums (no crunches or planks here!), varied group sessions with adaptations for all fitness levels and types of birth will challenge you – but that time will fly by as a result! Babies are more than welcome too. All group sessions start with detailed pre screening of each individual to ensure I understand everything we need to about your birth and recovery and your body now, so can offer appropriate programmes to strengthen your body from the INSIDE OUT.
