Having a strong, fit and healthy body can really help you in packing everything you need to into your day. This is especially true for mums, and all the lifting, carrying, pushing and dashing around that comes with the job! But it is also true for tired pregnant mums to be. Whatever your situation, exercise needs to be managed safely by qualified pre and postnatal exercise specialists. That's where Fresh Start can help.

For Mums-to-be there are many benefits to exercising in pregnancy. It can boost energy levels and improve sleep patterns, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, prepare you for the effort of birth itself and help to speed your recovery post birth. Our tailored programmes, which reflect your trimester and how you're feeling that day, focus on strengthening your body through the movement patterns you'll be using as a mum (there's no swiss balls here!).

And for mums, post natal exercise (once approved by your Doctor) can help you feel stronger and more energised, lose 'baby weight', correct stress incontinence, improve tummy separation (diastasis) and improve your posture to leave you feeling happier and healthier. Perhaps you're a new mum, a mum of young ones, or a mum with older children and still feeling the impact of birth. Whatever your situation, we are here to help. We avoid the crunches, planks, star jumps and other inappropriate exercises peddled to mums to ensure that we safely and effectively strengthen your body with a tailored programme that works from the INSIDE OUT.

So, if you're looking to exercise in pregnancy or postnatally, then we run personal training sessions across Chessington, Epsom & Ewell, Teddington and Twickenham OR via SKYPE. As fully qualified pre and post natal specialist trainers (and mums), we use detailed pre screening and experience to help you to exercise safely, based on what’s right for YOU.

Sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes, based on your preference.
