What is the Holistic Core Restore® 'Everywoman' programme? 

The programme comprises 6 weekly classes (or 1:1 sessions) centred around functional exercise. During the sessions we also work on understanding optimum healing nutrition and lifestyle choices, plus provide homework each week to enhance your progress.

As well as offering fat loss and a stronger core, with exercise kit provided 'to keep', a detailed education booklet, and permanent access to online workouts and advice, the Everywoman programme is the 'gift that keeps giving', providing the tools, techniques and knowledge which you can use to improve your body and your lifestyle habits forever.

Is this programme for you?

This programme is for any woman who:

  • Wants to have a stronger and better functioning Pelvic Floor that stops her experiencing the odd leak when jumping, sneezing, coughing, laughing or running.
  • Wants to strengthen her core and have a better-looking tummy.
  • Wants to know more about Pelvic Floor, Core and overall health.
  • Has a small diastasis (tummy separation) that she wants to heal.
  • Has lower back pain that is related to a 'weak core'.

Why does this programme get results?

In short, those 'squeeze and lift' exercises also known as Kegels simply aren't the whole story. Your Pelvic Floor and Core muscles don't exist in isolation and are NOT separate to the movements of your whole body and your breath. And so for your Pelvic Floor and your entire Core to work as it was designed to, we need to re-introduce it to the rest of your body and get it to do its job in time with your breath and movement and whilst you're not necessarily 'thinking' about it as well......just like it used to do before you had babies or before you reached the Menopause. This programme takes into account both CONSCIOUS Pelvic Floor and Core work, plus UNCONSCIOUS work through movement timed with your breath. How do I get involved? 

  • Contact me and I'll send you a link to complete the online HCR® Pre-Screening; a detailed questionnaire to ensure that this exercise-based programme is right for you, and to get a better idea of your individual needs (some women may need referral to a medical professional first).
  • If you're all good to participate, we'll then go through a few simple tests for your Core function so that we know 'where you are'.
  • You'll then be all set to attend your first class where you'll receive your HCR® Client Education Booklet and the key items of fitness kit (for you to keep) required for the course.
  • You'll also receive your login details for the HCR® Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional filmed homework, healing nutrition education film and recipe book. Both the homework and following the HCR® Nutrition Guidelines are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will improve your results and the value you derive from the programme.
  • There is a maximum of 8 places on each course, so if you feel this programme is for you, please don't delay in getting in touch for more information.
