You have come to the right place. The unique Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme is designed for women at all life stages, from pregnancy through to postnatal, menopausal and beyond who want to work on long term pelvic floor, core and overall health and fitness.

What is the Holistic Core Restore® 'Everywoman' programme? 

The programme comprises 6 weekly classes (or 1:1 sessions) centred around functional exercise. That's strengthening your body, core and pelvic floor for all the squatting, lungeing and reaching which you do every day without thinking! During the sessions we also work on understanding optimum nutrition for healing and fat loss, plus other self care strategies and ideas for improving core and pelvic floor function as well as your overall wellbeing. We also provide homework each week to enhance your progress.

As well as offering fat loss and a stronger core, with exercise kit provided 'to keep', a detailed education booklet, and permanent access to online workouts, recipes and advice, the Everywoman programme is the 'gift that keeps giving', providing the tools, techniques and knowledge which you can use to improve your body and your lifestyle habits forever.  

Following 6 weeks 'face to face', I will now be offering another 6 weeks of online content comprising workouts, a private facebook group, and further recipes and advice for those who wish to continue.


Is this programme for you? This programme is for any woman who:

  • Wants to have a stronger and better functioning Pelvic Floor that stops her experiencing the odd leak when jumping, sneezing, coughing, laughing or running.
  • Wants to strengthen her core and have a better-looking tummy.
  • Has a small diastasis (tummy separation) that she wants to heal.
  • Has lower back pain that is related to a 'weak core'.
  • Has seen a clinician about a low level prolapse and has been told to do pelvic floor exercises but doesn't know where to start.

Why does this programme get results?

In short, those 'squeeze and lift' exercises also known as Kegels simply aren't the whole story. Your Pelvic Floor and Core muscles don't exist in isolation and are NOT separate to the movements of your whole body and your breath. And so for your Pelvic Floor and your entire Core to work as it was designed to, we need to re-introduce it to the rest of your body and get it to do its job in time with your breath and movement and whilst you're not necessarily 'thinking' about it as well......just like it used to do before you had babies or before you reached the Menopause. This programme takes into account both CONSCIOUS Pelvic Floor and Core work, plus UNCONSCIOUS work through movement timed with your breath. The next course starts WEDNESDAY 24TH APRIL, 8PM, at Epsom Methodist Church. ``Contact me and I'll send you a link to complete the online HCR® Pre-Screening; a detailed questionnaire to ensure that this exercise-based programme is right for you, and to get a better idea of your individual needs (some women may need referral to a medical professional first).

PRICE - £132. This includes: 

  • Both your online and subsequent 1:1 Pre-Screening where we assess your current core strength, breathing technique, and discuss 'where you are'.
  • 6 x 1-hour classes: 45 min workout, education AND healthy treats! We also discuss optimum nutrition, ideas on self-care and other strategies for improving your core and pelvic floor function, as well as your overall wellbeing. And sometimes we simply spend a few minutes doing guided relaxation.
