Many of us want to feel fit, strong and confident after having a baby, to stay active in pregnancy, or simply to look our best for an occasion – but need a kick start off the sofa and away from all those ‘buts’, or simply don't know 'how'.

So, whether you feel intimidated by the thought of exercise, you’re a new mum, pregnant, or your trainers are just gathering dust in the wardrobe, it’s never too late to make a fresh start. We all know that you’re more likely to exercise regularly if it’s something you enjoy. So Fresh Start Personal Training’s bespoke exercise programmes aim to make fitness fun in a friendly, ‘shout free’, relaxed environment, whatever your circumstances. No 'Bootcamps' here! Using a range of exercises and equipment, sessions will continuously challenge you at the right pace to help you to reach your goals (so we can set new ones!).

Perhaps you’re a busy mum, just chained to your desk all day – or both! Or perhaps you're experiencing some of the common issues faced by mums, from tummy separation (diastasis) to 'leaks'. But with the right programme, timings and support, Fresh Start can help you to feel fit, strong, and most importantly, fantastic. Pregnant? Congratulations! As fully qualified pregnancy exercise trainers (and mums oursleves) we can help you to safely navigate your fitness journey over the next nine months.

Fresh Start Personal Training provides cost effective 1-2-1 or group workouts, and at home or via Skype as you prefer. Fresh Start fits around your busy schedule to help you to build regular exercise into your lifestyle – for good.

About Sian

After a decade in corporate PR I decided it was time for a new direction and the outdoor life, rather than the office life. A former self-confessed exercise-phobe, I have transformed from someone who huffed and puffed on the odd jog to qualifying as a Personal Trainer, and set up Fresh Start – a dedicated service for women – in 2012.

A decision to complete a half marathon, and a personal trainer of my own gave me the bug for exercise and how it made me feel. Finding a new career which allowed me to help other women to go through the transition I did, saw me complete the Personal Trainer diploma, and then to specialise in ante/postnatal fitness. So, as a 30-something wife and mum with a hectic work, social and home life to juggle myself, I understand, and help my clients overcome, the challenges in finding time for exercise. I'm super proud to be helping lots of women to feel really good about themselves, whether that's through losing weight, boosting fitness and taking on challenges, or feeling strong in pregnancy and again after babies. I LOVE my job!

About Kelly

I joined Fresh Start as a consultant trainer in 2014, and have helped expand Fresh Start’s women-only services to Teddington, Twickenham and Richmond. With over a decade of experience in training clients, a wealth of specialist qualifications, and as a mum of two, I’m more than qualified to help the women in my area to feel fit and fantastic – or as I like to say – to be vivacious, animated and full of life!

In particular, I’ve always had a passion for pre and postnatal exercise, but after giving birth to my son in April 2013, I have made it my focus to gain as much knowledge as possible in every aspect of fertility and exercise. I also have a nutrition qualification and am fully qualified to provide pregnancy and deep tissue massage.
