If you prefer to train with a friend or are simply looking to make your personal training sessions as cost effective as possible, then this could be the option for you.

One to One

The personal service offered by one to one workouts is the preferred option for many. Each workout will differ to ensure we avoid the predictability that puts so many people off getting fit in the first place.

I provide personal training and Holistic Core Restore(R) courses in and around Epsom & Ewell, helping women of all ages and life stages to feel fit, healthy, and confident in their bodies.  

I work with women of all ages and needs, but specialise in delivering safe and effective pregnancy and post natal wellness programmes, so you can trust me to help you to feel strong, confident and well both pre and post baby. I love supporting mums to reconnect with their core and create a better looking tummy, boost fat loss through caring for their body, and achieve a stronger and better functioning pelvic floor that does the job when you laugh, sneeze, run and cough, however old your 'babies' might be. 

My personal training sessions at your home or online allow you to fit exercise into your busy schedule. And results-driven programmes focused around goals we set together mean you're motivated to challenge yourself at every session, at the right pace for YOU.  And as a proud licensed Holistic Core Restore(R) coach, I run 6/12 week class based or 1:1 Everywoman courses. Designed for every woman at every life stage, we prepare your pelvic floor for a moving, active life, and through movement and a host of other strategies, help you to address leaks (common, but not normal), 'mummy tummy' or diastasis, lower back pain, or improve syptoms of pelvic organ prolapse.
