If you prefer to train with a friend or are simply looking to make your personal training sessions as cost effective as possible, then this could be the option for you.

One to One

The personal service offered by one to one workouts is the preferred option for many. Each workout will differ to ensure we avoid the predictability that puts so many people off getting fit in the first place.

The More the Merrier

For some it’s a case of ‘the more the merrier’ when it comes to exercise. Perhaps you and your friends are looking for a group workout option, or maybe you’re looking for post natal exercise sessions for your NCT group to start now you have had your babies.

Completing a fitness training programme tailored to improve your sports performance isn’t – and shouldn’t – be something reserved for professional athletes.

Fit Mums

As a busy mum, having a strong, fit and healthy body can really help you in packing everything you need to into your day, and all the lifting, carrying, pushing and dashing around that comes with the job!
